Mini Pumpkin Cheese BallsThese Mini Pumpkin Cheese Balls make for tasty finger food appetizers that are so very clever and quick to fix.

Betty Crocker Cheese Pumpkins 



* 8 tablespoons smoked cheddar cold pack cheese food , well chilled
* 2 teaspoons finely chopped peanuts
* 4 pretzel sticks, broken in half
* 16 pieces fresh parsley leaves


1. Line a serving plate with waxed paper. Roll the tablespoon cheese food into a ball and place on the serving plate. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Draw ridges around the balls with a sharp knife or toothpick to resemble pumpkins. Dip the bottoms of the cheese balls in chopped peanuts.
3. Just before serving insert pretzel halves into cheese balls for pumpkin stems. Decorate with parsley for leaves and keep chilled till ready to serve.
